2.4 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions or any subsequent amendment, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact pkr93 support to close your account.
The pkr93 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pkr93 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Where pkr93 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21, the account will be suspended pending age verification and, if the suspicion is confirmed, permanently closed with all associated funds forfeited.
Underage Gambling Is Illegal: Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the pkr93 Platform. To register a pkr93 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading registration information. pkr93 reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
Each individual may hold only one active pkr93 account. The existence of multiple accounts attributed to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device, payment method, IP address, or any other identifier — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. pkr93 may merge duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and permanently close all but one of the associated accounts without prior notice.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr93 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr93 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
4.2 You must notify pkr93 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pkr93 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.
4.3 You must keep your registered contact details — including email address, mobile number, and residential address — current and accurate at all times. Failure to do so may delay or prevent withdrawal processing, KYC verification, or receipt of important account communications.
4.4 You must not allow any third party to access or use your pkr93 account on your behalf. All wagers placed through your account are your sole responsibility regardless of who physically placed them.
pkr93 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, standard inter-bank transfer, and USDT. Supported payment methods are subject to change at pkr93's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise expressly stated.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though pkr93 may apply limits to specific accounts or payment methods at its discretion. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned, minus any applicable transfer charges, if identified.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 4 hours during normal operating conditions. Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player's account must have completed KYC verification and the Player must not have any outstanding bonus wagering obligations that have been applied to the balance being withdrawn. pkr93 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals of any amount.
All Player balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on pkr93 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). For USDT transactions, conversion to PKR is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. pkr93 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations affecting USDT deposits or withdrawals.
Anti-Money Laundering: pkr93 is required under the terms of its international gaming licence to apply anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all Player accounts. This includes monitoring of transaction patterns and, where required, reporting of suspicious activity. Players must not use the pkr93 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Suspected financial crime will be referred to the relevant authorities and the Player account will be closed immediately.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pkr93 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. These Terms & Conditions apply as a baseline to all promotions; where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotional communication. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full. Contributions of different game types toward wagering requirements vary and are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
pkr93 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same welcome bonus more than once; exploiting wagering loopholes through low-risk bet patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and colluding with other players to exploit promotion terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, pkr93 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, and to permanently close the Player's account without prior notice.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the pkr93 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market. In the event of any ambiguity between general platform rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall apply to that game.
7.2 pkr93 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed in error, placed on an event that has been incorrectly priced due to a technical error, or placed in circumstances that suggest exploitation of a system error or manifest pricing mistake.
7.3 Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international Pakistan fixtures, are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the pkr93 sportsbook. Live in-play bets are accepted up to the point of market suspension, which may occur at any time at pkr93's discretion.
7.4 pkr93 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout applicable to any bet, market, or Player account at its sole discretion and without advance notice.
7.5 Where a game or sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or suspended and cannot be completed in accordance with the applicable rules, pkr93's settlement policy for that event type will apply. Settlement policies are published on the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr93 Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
9.1 All content on the pkr93 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and the pkr93 brand — is the intellectual property of pkr93 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
9.3 The pkr93 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any pkr93 trademark is strictly prohibited.
10.1 The pkr93 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pkr93 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components at all times.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr93 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from: use of or inability to use the Platform; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials; technical failures or delays in the Platform or any payment system; or reliance on any information provided on the Platform.
10.3 pkr93's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in the Player's account at the time the relevant claim arose.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by pkr93's negligence, where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Dispute Resolution: If you believe a bet or transaction has been settled incorrectly on pkr93, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the relevant event or transaction date. 11.1 pkr93 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at pkr93.net/privacy-policy.
11.2 By registering a pkr93 account, you consent to pkr93 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communications related to your account and promotions (where you have opted in to marketing communications).
11.3 pkr93 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary for Platform operation, including payment processors, identity verification providers, and licensed game studios, all of whom are bound by appropriate data protection obligations.
12.1 pkr93 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. A full suite of player protection tools is available to all registered Players at all times via the Account Settings section of the Platform. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary account cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
12.2 Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the exclusion period elected by the Player. Once a self-exclusion is active, pkr93 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the Player from accessing their account, receiving marketing communications, or creating a new account on the Platform.

12.4 pkr93 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, cooling-off periods, or permanent exclusions on any Player account where pkr93 has reasonable grounds to believe the Player may be experiencing problem gambling behaviours, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.
13.1 pkr93 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, without prior notice, where pkr93 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where account closure is required for regulatory or legal compliance reasons.
13.2 Upon permanent closure of an account in circumstances not involving Player breach, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.
13.3 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions — including fraud, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited automated tools — pkr93 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the account, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance.
13.4 A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pkr93 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be completed to the Player's registered payment method.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr93 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through pkr93's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
14.2 Nothing in this clause shall affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to a Player under the laws of their own jurisdiction and which cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
14.3 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
15.1 For all account, payment, or general support queries, pkr93's customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat on the Platform or by email at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all email queries within 4 hours.
15.2 Formal complaints must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]". pkr93 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
15.3 If you are not satisfied with pkr93's resolution of a formal complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body associated with pkr93's gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided in pkr93's response to your formal complaint.
